摘要: 研究了国内电厂钙法脱硫废水的组成并对其相图进行分析,在此基础上对某公司废水进行分阶段连续蒸发实验,最终得到蒸发结晶析盐规律,同时通过直接蒸发结晶分离提纯各盐类物质。实验结果表明:该脱硫废水蒸发析出的无机盐为硫酸钙、一水硫酸镁、一水硫酸镁与氯化钠的混合物。

Abstract: The components of calcium desulphurization wastewater of thermal power plants in China have been investigated and the related phase diagrams analyzed. Based on this,continuous evaporation experiments by stages have been accomplished for the wastewater of a company,and the rules of evaporative crystallization salting finally obtained. Various kinds of salt materials can be separated and purified by direct evaporative crystallization. The experimental results show that the inorganic salts evaporated and separated from desulfurization wastewater are calcium sulfate,magnesium sulfate monohydrate,and a mixture of magnesium sulfate monohydrate and sodium chloride.
