液相色谱法测定环境中醛酮类化合物定量方法探讨

Discussion on quantitative methods for determination of aldehydes and ketones in environmental matrix by HPLC

摘要:

建立了利用2,4-二硝基苯肼(2,4-DNPH)衍生,液相色谱/紫外检测器检测(HPLC/UV),工作曲线法测定水和土壤中醛酮类化合物的定量方法。比较了标准曲线法(包括衍生标准曲线法)、工作曲线法和标准加入法的测定结果。结果发现,在30~1.50×103 μg/L范围内各曲线线性相关系数均大于0.990,标准曲线法线性最好,均大于0.999 9;标准曲线法、工作曲线法、标准加入法对实际样品加标测定的回收率分别为47.5%~92.6%、82.6%~105%、91.0%~103%。使用建立的工作曲线法对实际加标样品测定,结果发现检测范围、准确度、精密度、检出限等结果良好。

Abstract:

A method for the quantitative determination of aldehydes and ketones in water and soil by 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization, HPLC/UV detection and working curve quantitation was established. The results of standard curve method(including the derivative standard curve method), the working curve method and the standard addition method were compared. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of each curve were greater than 0.990 in the range of 30~1.50×103 μg/L, and the best one was external standard curve's with the result of higher than 0.999 9. The recovery rates of spiked actual samples were between 47.5%~92.6% by standard curve method, 82.6%~105% by working curve method and 91.0%~103% by standard addition method. The actual spiked samples were measured using the established working curve method, and the results showed that the detection range, accuracy, precision, and detection limit were good.
