城市污水中5种生物胺的液相色谱分析法

摘要: 建立了城市污水中5种生物胺残留的液相色谱检测方法,样品用正丁醇-三氯甲烷萃取,丹磺酰氯衍生。实验结果表明,该方法在1~50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,R2≥0.996;在1~10 mg/L添加水平范围内,平均加标回收率在84.75%~95.20%,相对标准偏差RSD<10%(n=3);检出限LOD在0.01~0.06 mg/L,定量限LOQ在0.03~0.15 mg/L。该方法可用于城市污水中对生物胺的检测。

Abstract: A liquid chromatographic method for the detection of 5 kinds of biogenic amines residues in urban sewage has been developed,samples have been extracted with N-butanol and chloroform,and derived with sulfonyl chloride. Experimental results show that the proposed method has a good linear relation in the range of 1-50 mg/L,R2 ≥ 0.996. In the addition level range of 1-10 mg/L,the average standard recovery rate is from 84.75% to 95.20%,and the relative standard deviation of RSD(n=3) is less than 10%. LOD ranged from 0.01 to 0.06 mg/L, and LOQ ranged from 0.03 to 0.15 mg/L. This method can be used for the detection of biogenic amines in urban sewage.
