生物淋滤对城市污水处理厂污泥重金属的去除

摘要:

以福州市大学城污水处理厂沉淀池污泥为培养基质,用单质硫粉作底物培养以氧化硫硫杆菌为优势菌种的接种液,采用生物淋滤法去除污泥中的重金属,研究底物投加量及驯化污泥接种量对污泥重金属去除效果的影响,并分析淋滤过程中重金属的形态变化。结果表明,当接种量为5%、硫粉投加量为5 g/L时,生物淋滤可使污泥中重金属元素Zn、Cu和Cr的去除率分别达到91.9%、62.1%、32.0%,大大降低了污泥中的重金属含量。生物淋滤后污泥中的重金属Zn、Cu和Cr主要以残渣态的形态存在,生物可利用性和迁移性降低。

Abstract:

The sedimentation sludge in the sewage treatment plant of the Universitytown of Fuzhou City is used as the culture medium, and the dominant bacteria of Thiobacillus thiooxidans cultivated by sulfur powder is used as the inoculated fluid. The bioleaching method is used to remove heavy metals from the sludge. The effects of different substrate dosage and domesticated sludge inoculation amount on the removal of heavy metals in sludge are studied, the morphological changes of heavy metals in leaching process is also analyzed. The results show that when the inoculation amount is 5% and the sulfur powder dosage is 5 g/L, the removal rates of heavy metal elements Zn, Cu and Cr in the sludge reach 91.9%, 62.1% and 32.0%, respectively, greatly reducing the heavy metal content in the sludge. The heavy metals Zn, Cu and Cr in the sludge after bioleaching mainly exist in the form of residual state, and the bioavailability and mobility are decreased.
