摘要: 采用水热法制备单斜晶型BiVO4及活性炭掺杂的BiVO4(C/BiVO4)。利用X-射线衍射、N2吸脱附和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱对样品进行表征,考察了2种样品在模拟太阳光下对Cr(Ⅵ)的降解。结果表明,活性炭的掺杂使BiVO4晶粒度变小、比表面积增大、禁带宽度变窄,比BiVO4具有更高的光催化活性。柠檬酸的加入可与BiVO4发生协同效应,共同促进Cr(Ⅵ)的还原。在一定范围内,体系pH越低、C/BiVO4投加量越多、柠檬酸浓度越高、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度越低,越有利于Cr(Ⅵ)的去除。

Abstract: In this paper,monoclinic BiVO4 and activated carbon-doped BiVO4 were prepared using hydrothermal method. Then the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption and desorption, and UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum. At last, the degradation of Cr(Ⅵ) by these two samples was studied under simulated solar light. The results show that the doped activated carbon makes the grain size of BiVO4 smaller,increases the specific surface area, and narrows the forbidden bandwidth. Compared with the pure BiVO4,the activated carbon-doped BiVO4 exhibits a higher photocatalytic activity. Besides,the addition of citric acid can promote the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) via its synergistic effect with BiVO4. Within a certain range, it is found that lower pH of the system,higher dosage of C/BiVO4,higher concentration of citric acid and lower initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) are all beneficial to the removal of Cr(Ⅵ).
