接种混合污泥启动运行CANON固定床反应器研究

Start-up of a CANON fixed-bed reactor by inoculating mixed sludge

摘要: 通过固定床反应器(FBR)接种Anammox污泥和亚硝化污泥的混合污泥启动CANON工艺。反应器温度控制在32℃,水力停留时间为1 d,初始进水氨氮为50 mg/L。启动第1 d即表现出Anammox活性,历时21 d成功启动了CANON工艺。第23 d起逐渐提升进水负荷,又经过42 d成功将进水氨氮提升至200 mg/L,同时总氮去除率达到91.04%,氨氮转化率达到98.04%。在67~79 d,继续提升负荷过程中出现了失稳现象,通过适当的调控,28 d后将处理效果恢复至失稳前水平。

Abstract: In this experiment,the CANON process was initiated by inoculating the mixed sludge of Anammox sludge and nitritation sludge with a fixed-bed reactor(FBR). The temperature of the reactor was controlled at 32℃,its hydraulic retention time was 1 d,and the initial influent ammonia nitrogen concentration was 50 mg/L. Anammox activity appeared on the first day of the start-up process,and the CANON process was successfully initiated after 21 d. The influent load was gradually increased from the 23 d onwards,and the influent concentration was successfully increased to 200 mg/L after 42 d. At the same time,the total nitrogen removal efficiency was 91.04%,and the ammonia nitrogen conversion efficiency was 98.04%. The phenomenon of instability occurred during the continuous lifting of the load from 67-79 d. With the suitable controlling strategy,after another 28 d,the treatment effect was restored to the level before instability.
