污水厂化学强化除磷投药量精准自动控制

Automatic control of precise dosage for chemical enhanced phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment plant

摘要:

针对污水厂精准自动控制的需求,建立了金属盐投加量与除磷效果之间的化学强化除磷投药量半经验CEPRM模型,并结合4种金属盐(硫酸铁、聚合硫酸铁、硫酸铝和氯化铝)化学强化除磷时的污水厂实际生产数据,进行了模型的非线性拟合。结果表明:4种金属盐的拟合相关度均大于0.9,残差平方和均小于0.01,硫酸铝的拟合效果最佳。同时,基于CEPRM模型特点说明了加药自控系统的设置要求与应用模式。

Abstract:

According to the demand of automatic control of precise dosage in wastewater treatment plant, a semi-empirical CEPRM model of chemical enhanced phosphorus removal was established to describe the relationship between the dosage of metal salt and phosphorus removal efficiency. The parameters of the CEPRM model were obtained by nonlinear curve fitting, which based on the actual production data of four kinds of metal salt(ferric sulfate, polymeric ferric sulfate, aluminum sulfate and aluminum chloride) of chemical enhanced phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment plant. The results demonstrated that the fitting related coefficients of the four metal salts were greater than 0.9, and the square sum of the residuals was less than 0.01. The fitting effect of aluminum sulfate was the best. Meanwhile, the setting and application of the automatic dosage system were explained based on the characteristics of CEPRM model.
