摘要:

探究了合成辣椒素对序批式反应器(SBR)的冲击情况,并研究了复合菌剂修复合成辣椒素冲击的效果和原理。结果表明在100 mg/L合成辣椒素的作用下,反应器的处理效率显著下降,活性污泥微生物群落受到冲击。复合菌剂的使用可能通过降解合成辣椒素,改善功能菌群的生存条件,恢复功能菌群的种类与含量,进而恢复了群落代谢功能,最终显著提高了SBR反应器的运行效果。

Abstract:

This paper explored the impact of nonivamide on sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and studied the effect and mechanism of complex bacteria to restore the impact caused by nonivamide. The results showed that under the effect of 100 mg/L nonivamide, the reactor performances significantly reduced, and the microbial community of activated sludge was impacted. The use of compound bacteria may degrade nonivamide directly and improved the living conditions of functional flora, recover community metabolic functions, and ultimately significantly improve the performances of SBR.
