印染废水臭氧气浮与旁路膜协同再生工艺特性

Synergistic regeneration characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater by ozone flotation and bypass membrane

摘要:

传统再生工艺双膜法存在过度处理与高耗能的现象。对此提出了印染废水全程多级臭氧气浮(DOIF)与部分双膜法耦合处理的“臭氧气浮与旁路膜”协同再生新工艺,并优化了运行参数。结果表明,DOIF将进膜水COD和UV254分别降低30%±4%和15%±6%,将RO产水周期从15 d提升至28 d。通过分析出水水质可知COD为影响再生回用效果的主控因素,最佳旁路处理率为50%。此时总出水水质满足相关回用限值要求,产水率提高约12%。

Abstract:

The traditional reuse process double membrane method has some phenomenon of overtreatment and high energy consumption. A synergistic regeneration process including full-process dual-step ozone induced flotation(DOIF) and partial double membrane filtration was proposed, and the operating parameters which applied in the printing and dyeing wastewater recycling system were optimized. The results showed that DOIF reduced the influent COD and UV254 concentrations by 30%±4% and 15%±6%, and the RO production cycle increased from 15 d to 28 d. By analyzing the effluent water quality, it showed that the main controlling factor for promoting the recycling rate was COD, and the influent ratio of RO membrane system was 50%. The total production water met the standards of strict limitation, and the water production rate was about 12%.
