适应水质波动性的燃煤电厂脱硫废水软化工艺研究

Study on softening process adapted to water quality fluctuation for desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plants

摘要:

根据燃煤电厂高镁型脱硫废水的水质特点,针对目前软化工艺存在的运行问题,提出三级加药“离子平衡”方案。结果表明,脱硫废水中的n(Mg2+):n(SO42-)调节至1:1时,与未进行水质调节的现有化学软化法相比,石灰乳Ca(OH)2的利用率从81%提高到94%,后续Na2CO3的加药量减少72%。该方案对多种水质均有明显的成本优势,并进一步提出2座均化池的组合设计,便于实际应用在工程项目中。

Abstract:

According to the water quality of desulfurization wastewater with high magnesium ions and the current problems of softening process in coal-fired power plants, a three-stage "anion-cation balance" softening technology was proposed. The research result showed, when the concentration ratio of Mg2+ and SO42- was adjusted to 1:1, compare to the existing chemical softening process without water quality adjustment, the utilization of Ca(OH)2 increased from 81% to 94%. Furthermore, the dosage of subsequent Na2CO3 was effectively reduced by 72%. The technical solution had obvious cost advantage for various water qualities. In order to apply in practical engineering application, the combined design of two equalization basin was further proposed.
