强化厌氧池放磷环境对除磷效果的影响

Effect of enhancing phosphorus release environment of anaerobic tank on phosphorus removal

摘要:

为强化厌氧池放磷环境,提高除磷效率,以某水解酸化+改良氧化沟+深度处理工艺污水厂为例,对比了反冲洗系统改造前后的除磷表现。结果表明:将反冲洗废水回流到深度处理单元前端、增加厌氧区水力停留时间,能够改善生物池厌氧环境。改造后厌氧池平均ORP由-116.75 mV降至-333.82 mV,厌氧池末端TP和水厂TP去除率分别由9.24 mg/L、69.54%提升至13.32 mg/L和75.47%。TP去除率与水厂日排泥量显著相关,与碳源富余量关系不大。

Abstract:

In order to enhance phosphorus release environment of anaerobic tank to improve phosphorus removal efficiency, a wastewater treatment plant with hydrolysis acidification+improved oxidation ditch+advanced treatment process was taken to compare the performance of phosphorus removal before and after the modification of backwashing system. The results showed that the anaerobic environment could be improved by reflowing the backwashing wastewater to the front of the advanced treatment unit, increasing the hydraulic retention time of the anaerobic zone. After the modification the average ORP of anaerobic tank decreased from -116.75 mV to -333.82 mV, the TP concentration at the end of anaerobic tank and TP removal rate of water plant increased from 9.24 mg/L and 69.54% to 13.32 mg/L and 75.47%, respectively. The TP removal efficiency was significantly correlated with daily amount of sludge discharged, but it had little relationship with carbon source surplus.
