摘要:
研究了NaClO3抑制剂对SBBR工艺亚硝化过程的影响,并对NaClO3抑制剂潜在生态毒性进行了分析。研究结果表明,投加NaClO3对NH4+-N的去除无明显影响,但可以提高NO2--N的积累速度,当NaClO3投加量为1 mol/L时,实现NO2--N积累的时间比不投加NaClO3缩短了10 d;且活性污泥颗粒化程度更高,生成颗粒污泥速度更快。NaClO3毒性分析结果表明,投加1 mol/L NaClO3不会对水体造成二次污染。投加NaClO3抑制剂有利于SBBR工艺亚硝态氮的快速积累,能够在更短的时间内实现亚硝化。

Abstract:
The influence of NaClO3 inhibitor on the nitrosation process of SBBR process was studied, and the potential ecotoxicity of NaClO3 inhibitor was analyzed. The research results showed that adding NaClO3 had no obvious effect on the removal of NH4+-N, but it could increase the accumulation rate of NO2——N. When the dosage of NaClO3 was 1 mol/L, the time to achieve NO2——N accumulation was 10 days shorter than that of no NaClO3. The degree of granulation of activated sludge was higher, and the rate of granular sludge generation was faster. The NaClO3 toxicity analysis results showed that adding 1 mol/L NaClO3 would not cause secondary pollution to the water body. The addition of NaClO3 inhibitor was conducive to the rapid accumulation of nitrite nitrogen in the SBBR process and could achieve nitrosation in a shorter time.
