摘要:

对发电机组正常汽水损耗和除盐水天然饱和溶解氧特性进行研究,在此基础上提出一种新型锅炉给水加氧处理技术。以补给水为加氧介质,向锅炉给水系统加入适量溶解氧,以满足热力系统的防腐防垢要求,全程无需外加氧气,并应用于某超临界机组转化试验。运行结果表明,该工艺能够稳定控制给水DO在30~40 μg/L、pH在9.0~9.1,在此条件下水冷壁内表面形成了致密圆滑的保护膜,水汽系统的Fe < 0.5 μg/L,精处理周期的制水量增至3倍,各项指标均达到给水加氧处理的理想目标。该技术具有加氧效果稳定、自动控制精准、运行操作简便、投入成本低廉等明显优势,在超临界及以上机组中具有推广应用前景。

Abstract:

The normal loss of steam and water and natural saturated dissolved oxygen characteristics of desalinated water of generating set were studied, and a new technology for boiler feed water oxygenation was proposed on this basis. Using make-up feed water as the oxygenated medium, an appropriate amount of dissolved oxygen was added to the boiler feed water system to meet the anti-corrosion and scaling resistance requirements of thermal power system without additional oxygen throughout the process, and applied to a supercritical set conversion test. The operation results showed that it was able to steadily control DO of feed water at 30-40 μg/L and pH at 9.0-9.1. Under this condition, a dense and smooth protective film was formed on the inner surface of water wall, the Fe content of steam-water system was less than 0.5 μg/L, the water production of polishing system was increased to 3 times, and all the indexes reached the ideal target of feed water oxygenation treatment. The technology has advantages such as stable oxygenation effect, precise automatic control, easy operation and low investment cost, which has the prospect of application in supercritical sets.
