Effect of carriers on the characteristics of shortcut nitrification biofilm and its mechanism

摘要:

以模拟城市生活污水作为处理对象,在3组SBBR反应器中分别投加鲍尔环填料、海绵填料和体积比为1∶1的混合填料进行挂膜启动和高DO冲击试验。结果表明,3个试验组均能实现稳定的短程硝化,鲍尔环填料比海绵填料更节省能耗,且不易发生磨损和破裂,对高DO的冲击适应性更强。相比于海绵填料,鲍尔环填料上的生物膜更稳定,微生物群落结构更加趋于专性。

Abstract:

Taking simulated municipal sewage as research object, the Bauer ring packing, sponge packing and mixed packing with volume ratio of 1:1 were added into three groups of SBBR reactors to have start-up tests of biofilm and high DO impact tests. The results showed that stable shortcut nitrification could be achieved in all three experimental groups. Bauer ring packing was more energy-saving than sponge packing, and it was not easy to wear and crack, and it had stronger adaptability to high DO impact. Compared with sponge packing, the biofilm on Bauer ring packing was more stable and the microbial community structure tended to be more specific.
