摘要:

在环境保护压力和国家政策的双重推动下,太阳能光伏技术作为一种低碳排放和低碳足迹的方法成为了当前研究的热点,污水处理厂因其独特的空间分布和处理流程很适合嵌入光伏技术。介绍了国内外的光伏-污水厂应用现状和实例,其中国外的光伏-污水厂技术相对成熟并逐步实现了电力自给自足,而国内的光伏-污水厂自2011年在政策鼓励下开始发展,目前发电量和强度结构等问题仍待进一步研究;总结了光伏和水务结合过程中的具体关键技术,如非晶柔性薄膜电池组件、钢结构支架、柔性支架、储能技术,以及“光伏+水务”的智能化管理技术;最后介绍了国家在光伏技术与污水处理领域所推进的相关激励政策。光伏-污水厂具有显著的能源替代优势,虽然存在一些供电不稳定和运作上的问题,但在政策激励和技术创新的推动下仍能在当前获得较大的收益。

Abstract:

Under the dual promotion of environmental protection pressure and national policy,solar photovoltaic (PV) technology as a low carbon emission and low carbon footprint method has become a hot spot for current research. Wastewater treatment plants are well suited to embed photovoltaic technology due to their unique spatial distribution and treatment processes. The current situation and examples of PV-wastewater plant applications at home and abroad were introduced,among which the technology was relatively mature and gradually achieved self-sufficiency in electricity of foreign PV-wastewater plants. While domestic PV-wastewater plants began to develop slowly from 2011 under the policy encouragement,and the current power generation,intensity structure and other issues still needed further research. The specific key technologies in the process of combining PV and water were introduced,such as amorphous flexible thin film cell modules,steel structure support,flexible support,energy storage technology,as well as the“PV + water” intelligent management technology. Finally,the national policy incentives in the field of photovoltaic technology and wastewater treatment were introduced. PV-wastewater plants had significant energy substitution advantages,although there were some unstable power supply and operational problems,they could still obtain large profits at present under the policy incentives and technological innovation.
