超声处理在阻垢方面的研究

摘要:

对水系统施加20kHZ的超声波,考察了在阻垢方面的应用。结果表明,超声处理具有明显的阻垢功效,阻垢率可达85%以上,适宜的超声处理时间为每10min开启3min。阻垢原因主要是超声的空化效应使结垢的诱导期延长所致。

Abstract:

The application of exerting20kHZ ultrasonic to water systems has been inspected.The result shows the ultrasonic treatment has remarkable scale inhibition effect.The rate of scale inhibition is higher than 85%.The suitable treating time is 3 min per 10 min.The main reason of this is due to the cavitating effect
