A study on the treatment of As-containing wastewater by lime-polyferric sulphate coagulating process

摘要:

采用石灰—聚合硫酸铁法对硫酸生产中含砷废水进行了处理,实验了pH 值、m(Fe)/m(As)(质量比)、石灰加入量等条件对As 去除率的影响。结果表明,当pH 值为8.8-10.6,m(Fe)/m(As)不小于5时,处理后的废水中As 的质量浓度小于1mg/L,符合国家排放标准。对该工艺进行成本核算,结果表明该方法经济合理。

Abstract:

This paper is on an experimental study of As containing wastewater treatment by lime polyferric sulphate coagulating process. The As containing wastewater is from H2SO4 production. The effects of pH、 m (Fe)/ m (As) 、lime quantity on the removal of As in the wastewater were tested. The experimental results shows that residual As concentration in wastewater is lower than 1 mg/L while pH 8.8-10.6 and m (Fe)/ m (As) ≥5,which meet the national discharged standard. Cost accounting of this process has been carried out. This method is economical and reasonable.
