聚环氧琥珀酸的合成及性能评定

摘要:

在催化剂存在下,以马来酸酐为原料合成了聚环氧琥珀酸,并用正交实验设计法对聚环氧琥珀酸的合成过程的工艺条件进行了优化,所得出的最佳工艺条件是:n(马来酸酐)n(氢氧化钙)n(氢氧化钠)=10。05~0。20。5~0。8,聚合温度80~100℃,反应时间2~4h。经红外光谱表征和阻垢缓蚀性能测试,证明产物与聚环氧琥珀酸含有相同的基团且阻垢性能比一般阻垢剂强,并且具有较强的缓蚀性能。

Abstract:

A green scale& corrosion inhibitor polyepoxysuccinic acid is synthesized with maleic anhydride in the presence of catalysts.The optimal technological conditions determined by orthogonal experiments are as follows n ( maleic anhydride) n ( Ca( OH) 2 ) n( NaOH) = 1÷0.05~ 0.2÷0.5~ 0.8,reaction temperature 80~ 100 e,reaction t ime2~ 4 h.with IR spectra and scale & corrosion inhibition test,it has been found that the product has better performance of scale& corrosion inhibition than usual.
