摘要:

在不停车的情况下,为去除热电厂凝汽器内的污垢而研制的化学清洗剂QX-211,其主要组成为HEDTA、有机酸、缓蚀剂和适量的清洗助剂。该配方经动态模拟清洗试验和热电厂现场应用证明具有操作简便,清洗效果良好,对设备腐蚀小,适合不停车清洗等特点;另外,清洗废液对环境友好,易处理。

Abstract:

The chemical cleaning agent,QX-211 is developed to clean scale in the steam condenser in the Thermal Power Plant without stopping operation. It consists of HEDTA,organic acid,corrosion inhibitor and other cleaning assistant agent.The prescription has been proved to have the following characteristics such as easy operation,high efficiency,low corrosion and effective cleaning under normal operations by dynamic simulated cleaning experiment and in situ application. In addition the wastewater is easy to be treated and no harm to the environment.
