摘要:

利用微生物降解有机污染物是环境工程研究的热点之一。光合细菌(PSB)以其特有的生理特性和降解多种有机污染物的能力,日益受到了人们的重视。综述了光合细菌降解较复杂的有机污染物的种类、降解机理、有关的降解酶类和降解性质粒等方面的研究工作,为进一步扩大光合细菌实际应用展示了广阔的前景。

关键词: 光合细菌, 有机污染物, 微生物降解

Abstract:

The degradation of organic contaminant by microorganism has been a hot spot in environmental engi-neering research these years.Much attention has been paid to the photosynthetic bacteria(PSB)due to its unique physiology property and the ability to degrade many kinds of organic contaminant.The complex organic contami-nant that can be degraded by PSB,the degradation mechanism and the related enzymes and plasmids are re-viewed.
