摘要:

20世纪80年代初,在 60轮冷却水动态模拟试验的基础上,用回归分析的方法,得出了一个描述冷却水成垢的新模型Rf=Rf*e-A/t-t0 。对在美国 Oregon州立大学所做的 31轮冷却水动态模拟试验的结果采用新计算技术,进行了分析,再次证实了 Rf=Rf*e- A/t-t0 模型的可靠性。其中,引进了常数t0来表征实验中经常出现的诱导期,并可较方便地进行线性回归,以得出具有相对比较价值的 Rf*

Abstract:

Based on 31 runs of data that were obtained in a pilot cooling tower of Oregon State University, the model for predicting fouling behavior of cooling water Rf=Rf*e-A/t-t0 is confirmed again. This exponential model involves an induction period, and linearized regression could be used to solve for the parameters Rf* and A . With this new equation, the asymptotic fouling resistance could be estimated directly from the experimental data.
