摘要:

在工业循环冷却水中,结垢是普遍存在的困扰系统正常运行的一大难题.使用阻垢剂已成为目前控制结垢最常用的方法之一.准确、快速地评定阻垢剂的阻垢性能对阻垢剂的开发和合理利用十分重要.文中介绍了几种评定阻垢剂的常用方法:静态阻垢法、极限碳酸盐法、称垢重法、鼓泡法、临界pH法.重点介绍了国外研究的通过监测溶液电导率计算溶液的相对过饱和度来评定阻垢剂阻垢效果的评定方法.

Abstract:

Scaling is an ubiquitous phenomenon in cooling water system.At present, scale inhibitors have already been used as one of the most usual methods of scale controlling. It is very important to evaluate their performance accurately and rapidly for exploring and using scale inhibitors reasonably. Some evaluationmethods :static anti-scaling method, limit carbonate method, scale weighting method, aeration method, pH shift method, conductivity method and their principles, advantages of scale inhibitor are introduced.
