摘要:

山东里彦电厂循环水浓缩倍率控制标准≤5.0,控制标准较高。作者通过对山东里彦电厂循环冷却水补充水水质分析、循环水药品选型实验、循环水运行数据分析、限制浓缩倍率的因素和运行经济性等方面,从理论和实践上说明如何在保证循环水系统设备安全运行的前提下,努力提高循环水浓缩倍率,减少废水排放量,节约了大量的水资源,取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

关键词: 循环冷却水, 浓缩倍率, 阻垢, 缓蚀

Abstract:

The concentration rate of circulating cooling water in Shandong Liyan Power Plant is about 5.0, keeping high standard.A scientific and safe way has been found by theoretical analysis, static test, dynamic imitation tests, operating data analysis, economic analysis, which can greatly decrease water consumption,the drainage quantity of wastewater, and get better economic, social and environmental benefits.
