气浮回流/接触氧化工艺处理洗毛工业废水

摘要:

洗毛废水是毛纺行业最难处理的高浓度有机废水,其污染物是羊毛脂和洗涤剂。我们设计了以气浮回流/生物接触氧化/渣滤为核心的治理工艺,对浙江新澳集团洗毛分厂的洗毛废水进行了处理。工程实践表明,该工艺对洗毛废水具有很好的处理效果,处理后的出水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》GB8978—1996的一级标准,并可回用于生产,从根本上解决了洗毛废水污染重、治理难、投资大、费用高、效果差的状况。

Abstract:

Wool scouring manufacturing wastewater is a kind of highly concentrated organic wastewater ,which is extremely difficult to be treated in the wool spinning industry.Its characteristic pollutant is lanoline and scouring agent.A treating process by floatation reflux-biological contact oxidizing-filter residue is designed.This process has been used in wool scouring branch of Zhejiang Xin′ao Group.The result is very encouraging.The water after treatment has achieved the first grade of "The Synthesis Effluent Standard of Wastewater"(GB 8978-1996) and can be reused.
