摘要:

介绍了油脂工业废水深度处理与回用工程的设计参数和运行情况。实践结果表明,采用混凝沉淀-臭氧-生物活性炭工艺对油脂加工生产废水进行深度处理,出水可以达到循环冷却水水质标准,而且管理方便,运行成本低,节水效益显著。

Abstract:

The design parameters and operation situations of the advanced treatment and reuse engineering of the wastewater from edible-oil production are introduced mainly. The operating results indicate that the coagulation sedimentation and ozone-biological activated carbon process is suitable. The treated water quality of water accords with the standard of circulating cooling water. This process is easy to control, works economically and the expected target of water saving has been achieved with evidential benefits.
