印染废水处理工艺改造的实践

摘要:

通过对湘潭某纺织印染厂废水处理工艺存在的问题进行研究和分析,对其废水处理工艺进行了改进。改造后采用“二级生物接触氧化-砂滤-生物活性炭”新工艺处理该厂废水,出水各项水质指标达到了国家一级排放标准要求,可以全部回收利用,废水处理成本下降1/3左右。取得了良好的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:

The wastewater treatment process of a textile and printing factory in Xiangtan has been improved by studying and analyzing the existing problems of the wastewater treatment process of the factory. Since the new process of two-stage biological contact oxidation-sand filtering-biological active carbon has been adopted, every index of water quality meets the First Grade Discharging Standard of China. The water could be reused and the cost of wastewater treatment is descended by 1/3 or so. When the wastewater istreated by the newprocess. Good benefits in environment, society and economy have been obtained.
