水解—接触氧化—砂滤工艺处理高浓果汁加工废水

Hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-sand filtration treatment of highly concentrated cider-processing wastewater

摘要:

伊天果汁(陕西)有限公司综合废水水质参数:CODCr≤4300mg/L,BOD5≤2200mg/L,SS≤1500mg/L,pH4.5-10,水温30-40℃。采用水解酸化—生物接触氧化—砂滤法处理,运行结果表明,处理后出水CODCr115mg/L、BOD522mg/L、SS58mg/L、pH6-8,达到《污水综合排放标准(》GB8978—1996)中的二级标准。

Abstract:

The quality parameters of the combined wastewater from the cider processing of Yitian Juice (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. are: CODCr ≤4 300 mg/L,BOD 5 ≤2 200 mg/L,SS≤1 500 mg/L,pH 4.5-10,temperature 30-40 ℃. The wastewater is treated bya process ofhydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation-sand filtration. The results ofthe operation showthe qualityparameters ofthe effluent water after the treatment are as follows: CODCr 115 mg/L, BOD 5 22 mg/L,SS 58 mg/L,pH 6-8,indicating that the quality of the effluent water meets the requirements of the standard ofclass 2 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978—1996).
