衣康酸均聚物的合成及性能研究

摘要:

以衣康酸为原料,在氧化还原类型引发剂的催化作用下,使用一种复合的分子链转移剂调节聚合物相对分子质量,合成了衣康酸均聚物。对均聚物的阻垢、缓蚀及生物降解性能进行了测试,结果表明,衣康酸均聚物不仅有优良的阻垢性能,而且具有很好的生物降解性能,28 d的生物降解率达到76.56%。

Abstract:

With the catalytic action of redox initiator, a homopolymer is synthesized by itaconic acid, and acomplex molecular chain transfer agent is used to regulate molecular weight of the polymer. The ability of scale and corrosion inhibition and biodegradability are tested. The result indicatesthat itaconic acid homopolymer has not only good performance of scale inhibiting but excellent biodegradability. The efficiency of biodegradability is up to 76.56% in 28 d.
