发制品加工废水处理工艺的试验研究

摘要:

对水解酸化—生物接触氧化—化学氧化—活性炭吸附工艺在发制品加工废水处理中的应用进行了试验研究,确定了生物处理和化学处理的参数,并对各水处理单元的处理效果做了详细的分析。试验结果表明,CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、色度的总去除率分别达到92.1%、92.8%、82.2%、94.5%、96.9%,出水水质可以达到国家二级排放标准。对发制品行业废水的治理有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The technologies of hydrolytic acidification - biological contact oxidation- chemical oxidation- activated carbon adsorption to treat wastewater fromhair products have been investigated. The experiments especially focus on a detailed analysis on the evaluation parameters of biological treatment, chemical processing and the treatment efficiency of each unit process. The experiments showthat the total removal rate of CODCr, BOD5, SS, NH3- N and the chromaticity are 92.1%, 92.8%, 82.2%, 94.5% and 96.9% respectively, and the effluent quality meets the requirement of the national secondary discharge standards. The experiments may provide a reference to the wastewater treatment for the manufacture of hair products.
