摘要:

微生物絮凝剂是一类由微生物产生并分泌到细胞外,具有絮凝活性且能够自然降解的代谢产物,它具有高效、无毒、无二次污染的特点,经实验证实具有良好絮凝沉淀性能,符合当今环境污染治理的需求。作者阐述了微生物絮凝剂的结构特性及其在污水处理中的絮凝能力,并探讨了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝机理和它的产业化进程,从总体上对微生物絮凝剂的研究概况及其在污染水体处理中的应用现状进行了综述。

Abstract:

Microbial flocculant(MBF)is a kind of natural macro-molecular organism reproduced by bacterias.It has many perfect characters,such as safety,high efficiency,self-decomposed,no second pollution and high flocculatingprecipitation,which made it accord to the wastewater treatment requirement.The development of MBF research andapplications are reviewed,aspects are discussed.The chemical structure ofMBF is expounded.The culture conditions,mechanisms of flocculation,and the role of physico-chemical factors in the flocculating activity are discussed.In addition,some suggestions concerningthe future research are presented.
