On-line microwave digestion for the determination of total phosphorus in circulating water by flow injection spectrophotometry

摘要:

利用流动注射分析技术并采用微波在线消解水样,建立了一种在线测定循环水中总磷的快速分析方法。通过优化实验条件,分析速率达30样/h,检出限为0.03mg/L,线性范围为0~3.0mg/L。用于工业循环水样的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:

A method for the determination of total phosphorus in circulating water samples by on-line microwave digestion and flow injection spectrophotometry is described.Effects of experimental conditions have been optimized.A detection limit of 0.03 mg/L is achieved at a sampling frequency of 30 h-1.Calibration graphs are linear for ranges of 0 -3.0 mg/L.The proposed method is successfully applied to the analyses of industrial circulating water samples.
