摘要:
实验中用过硫酸铵代替高锰酸钾将Cr(Ⅲ)氧化成Cr(Ⅵ),再与二苯碳酰二肼(DPCI)进行显色反应。利用Cr(Ⅵ)与DPCI的显色反应及可见光谱法建立了同时测定水样中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的方法。用此方法对含有Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的混合水样进行测定,分析效果良好。对影响各反应的条件及检测条件进行了优化研究,建立了快速、简便、可靠地测定水样中铬含量的方法。

Abstract:
(NH4) 2S2O8 has been used as the oxidant instead of using potassium permanganate for the oxidation of chromium( Ⅲ) in acid medium. The production of the oxidation reaction of chromium( Ⅲ) is reacted with l, 5 - diphenylcarbazide(DPCI) and determinated by the same method with chromium( Ⅵ) . The chromogenic reaction of chromium( Ⅵ) with DPCI and visible spectrophotometric method is used for the determination of trace Cr( Ⅲ) and Cr ( Ⅵ ) in water. The mixture water sample with trace amount of chromium( Ⅲ ) and chromium( Ⅵ ) is determinated by the suggested method. The results demonstrate that the method has a good analytical effect.The influential conditions on the reactions and determination conditions are optimized and discussed. Thus the simple and reliable determination method for chromium is suggested.
