高压脉冲放电等离子体处理工业废水实验研究

Study on the industrial wastewater treatment by using pulsed high-voltage discharge plasma

摘要:

采用针-板式高压脉冲放电等离子体反应器处理工业废水。考察了脉冲电压峰值、电极间距、氧气通入量等因素对废水CODCr去除率的影响。在脉冲电压峰值为35kV,电极间距为15mm,氧气鼓入量为150mL/min的实验条件下,废水被放电处理150min,CODCr的去除率可达81.2%。研究表明,高压脉冲放电等离子体技术处理工业废水具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:

Treating industrial wastewater by using a needle-to-plate high-voltage pulsed discharge plasma reactor has been investigated.The effects of some factors,including peak voltage,electrode distance,oxygen bubbling etc.on the removal rate of CODCr have been studied.Under the conditions of 35 kV pulsed voltage,15 mm electrode distance and 150 mL/min oxygen bubbling,the removal rate of CODCr could reach 81.2% after 150 min discharge treatment.The obtained results show that non-thermal plasma process using a pulsed electrical discharge is an efficient method for the treatment of industrial wastewater.
