摘要:

介绍了超滤和反渗透工艺在处理循环冷却水系统排污水时的运行特点,讨论了影响超滤运行的因素,实际运行表明,超滤出水 SDI≤2.5 达到反渗透入口水要求,且膜法水处理系统在排污水回用系统中运行时是可靠的和稳定的,膜元件污堵的因素是可以控制的,膜通量经定期清洗后能得到恢复。 同时也总结了膜法水处理系统存在的有待改进的问题。

Abstract:

The operating characteristics of the UF and RO membrane separation technology applied to the treatment of circulating discharged wastewater are introduced. The main influential factors affecting the UF operating are discussed. The UF effluent with SDI ≤2.5 has reached the inlet quality standard of RO. The practical results show that the membrane separation water treatment system is credible and stable during the operation of discharged wastewater recycling system. The factors of polluting and jamming of the membrane element are manipulative, and the membrane flux can be recovered through periodic launder. At the same time,the problems to be solved in the water treatment by membrane separation technology are summarized.
