木质素絮凝剂的制备及处理造纸废水的研究

Studies on the lignin-based flocculant synthes is and its use in the treatment of paper effluent

摘要:

以木质素﹑甲醛和双氰胺为主要原料采用正交实验合成了新型絮凝剂LDH,并将该絮凝剂单独和与聚合铝(PAC)复配应用于生化处理后的造纸废水。结果表明:单独使用LDH,在原水pH5~8,LDH投加质量浓度50~65mg/L时处理效果较好;PAC与LDH复配时,在pH7.49,PAC和LDH的投加质量浓度分别为400mg/L和5mg/L的时候,出水CODCr为84.88mg/L(去除率69.47%),色度为33.3倍(去除率为88.48%),出水水质达到了GB3544—2001规定的一级排放标准。

Abstract:

The new flocculant(LDH) has been prepared with lignin, dicyandiamide and formaldehyde by orthogonal method, and used for treating the biologically treated paper-making wastewater. The results show that when the dosage of singly used LDH is 50~60 mg/L and the pH of the original water is 5~8, the optimal treatment effect is obtained. When 400 mg/L of PAC and 5 mg/L of LDH are synthesized at pH=7.49, the effluent CODCr is 84.88 mg/L(its removal rate is 69.47%) and chroma is 33.3 times ( its removal rate is 88.48%) . The effluent water quality reaches the requirements prescribed in the First Class Discharge Standard, GB 3544—2001.
