摘要:

发电机采用内冷水冷却方式,可提高机组的冷却效率,但却易引起系统腐蚀和结垢问题,导致一点接地和局部过热。为解决这个问题,作者通过大量的实验,确定了采用化学清洗对系统进行除垢及预膜的方法。

Abstract:

It is well known that the internal cooling water systemcan improve the cooling efficiency of generator, but there are still some problems such as scale and corrosion of the system resulting in one point earth and local overheat. Large numbers of experiments have been carried out and it is confirmed that removing the scale by chemical cleaning and then pre-filmis the most effective programme to solve the above problems.
