某油田原油污水处理工艺与改造

摘要:

重点介绍了某油田原油污水不达标问题,系统分析了原油污水处理工艺、生产分离器、电脱水器、浮选器等污水处理设备的性能,从根本上改变了原设计的原油污水处理工艺,并对部分原设备进行内部改造,用水力旋流器替换了浮选器,使油田的原油污水达标排放,满足了国家对环保的要求,同时为油田稳产创造了条件。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that the oil-bearing wastewater treatment from crude oil production failed toreach the standard,the original crude oil wastewater treatment process,the characteristics of the equipment,suchas production separator,electric dewaterer,floatator,etc.are analyzed systematically.The originally designed processof this process is thoroughly changed and the inside structure of the original equipment reformed.The hydraulicswirler is used for replacing the floatator.Finally the treated crude oil wastewater from the oil field has reached thestandard,meeting the national requirements of the environmental protection.
