摘要:
对反渗透膜专用阻垢剂的阻垢性能进行评价十分重要。介绍了一种快速、方便、可靠的阻垢剂评价技术——周期性浓缩全循环动态模式,并用其评价了AMT-Z202、AMT-Ⅱ、MBT、TitanASD200/sc以及武钢-Ⅱ等用于中水回用的反渗透膜阻垢剂的阻垢性能。结果表明,AMT-Z202阻垢剂的阻垢性能优于其他阻垢剂,投加4mg/L的AMT-Z202能使系统的浓缩因子Ki>8.0、总回收率Yi>90%、LSI>2.1,且不结垢。

Abstract:
The evaluation of scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitors used for reverse osmosis membrane is very important.The experiment was operated by a fast,simple and reliable evaluation technique that is total recycle mode for periodically concentration in order to evaluate the scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitors AMTZ202,AMT-Ⅱ,MBT,Titan ASD 200/sc and Wugang-Ⅱ.The experimental results show that the scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitor AMT-Z202 is superior to other scale inhibitors.The optimum condition was as follows:with the presence of 4 mg/L scale inhibition AMT-Z202,the system does not scale when concentration factor Yi8.0,water recovery Yi90% and LSI2.1
