Synthesis and scale and corrosion inhibition performances of carboxymethylthiosuccinic acid

摘要:

以巯基乙酸和马来酸为原料,在树脂D301-R的催化作用下合成了羧甲基硫代丁二酸。通过红外光谱、核磁共振和熔点测定等手段对产物进行了结构表征。用静态阻垢法和挂片失重法对产物的阻垢性能和缓蚀性能进行了评价。结果表明羧甲基硫代丁二酸具有一定的缓蚀阻垢性能,属于一种无磷非氮的新型环保水处理剂。

Abstract:

Carboxymethylthiosuccinic acid was synthesized by mercaptoacetic acid and maleic acid using D301-R resin as catalyst.Its structure was characterized by IR,1HNMR and melting point determination methods.Its scale and corrosion inhibition performances were evaluated by methods of static test and weight loss test.The testing results indicated that Carboxymethylthiosuccinic acid had some performance of scale and corrosion inhibition.It's a new kind of environment-friendly water treatment agent which contained neither phosphorus nor nitrogen
