一株微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及絮凝活性研究

Screening of a bio-flocculants-producing strain and the study on its flocculating activity

摘要:

从中北大学生活污水中筛选得到一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,初步鉴定该菌株为韦荣氏菌(Veillonellaceae Rogosa-W23)。该菌株适宜培养温度为35℃,最适pH=8.0,最佳碳源为葡萄糖。Veillonellaceae Ro-gosa-W23所产微生物絮凝剂成分鉴定为还原性糖。该微生物絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率可达95.1%。絮凝对比试验发现:该絮凝剂优于高分子絮凝剂PAC,其对黄土悬液、纳米级铜-碳-石墨悬液也有良好的絮凝效果。

Abstract:

A strain with stable and efficient flocculating activity has been screened from the sanitary sewage of North University of China. The strain has been identified as Veillonella Rogosa, and named Veillonellaceae Rogosa-W23.Its optimum temperature is 35 ℃, optimum pH is 8.0, and the optimum carbon source is glucose. Its component verification proves that the microbial flocculants produced by Veillonellaceae Rogosa -W23 contains reducing sugars. And the microbial flocculants has excellent flocculating effect on Kaolin suspending liquid. Its flocculatingrate reaches above 95.1%. The contrast test of flocculation shows that this microbial flocculants is better than polymeric floculant PAC. The flocculants produced by the strain has a significant flocculation effect on loess suspending liquid and nano-scale copper-carbon-graphite suspending liquid.
