氟化物沉淀脱除含锰废水中的钙离子

Removal of Ca(Ⅱ) from manganese-bearing wastewater by precipitation with fluoride

摘要:

采用化学沉淀法去除含锰废水中的钙离子,考察了不同沉淀剂对钙离子的去除效果,最终选定NaF 作沉淀剂,并研究了用量系数、搅拌时间、静置时间以及pH 对钙离子去除效果的影响。结果表明:室温条件下(20 ℃),当用量系数为1.3,搅拌时间为60 min,静置时间为60 min,废水pH 为6 时,NaF 对钙离子的去除率可达97.9%。

Abstract:

Chemical precipitation process has been used for removing calcium ions from manganese-bearing wastewater. The removal effects of different precipitants on calcium ions are investigated and finally NaF is chosen as the best one,and the effects of the dosage coefficient,stirring time,standing time and pH on the removing rate of Ca(Ⅱ) from the wastewater are studied. The results show that under the following conditions:room temperature is 20 ℃,dosage coefficient 1.3,stirring time 60 min,standing time 60 min,and wastewater pH=6,the removing rate of Ca(Ⅱ) from the manganese-bearing wastewater by NaF is 97.9%.
