高效无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的性能研究

Performance study on the high-efficiency non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor

摘要:

笔者通过旋转挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验和电化学试验对一种高效无磷缓蚀阻垢剂(聚天冬氨酸、聚丙烯酸、葡萄糖酸钠、L-抗坏血酸和硫酸锌)的缓蚀和阻垢性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,该无磷缓蚀阻垢剂是一种以抑制阳极极化为主的缓蚀阻垢剂,具有优良的缓蚀和阻垢性能,其缓蚀率和阻垢率分别可达到95%和98%以上。

Abstract:

A kind of high-efficiency non-phosphate corrosion and scale inhibitor consisting of polyaspartic acid,polyacrylic acid,sodium gluconate,L-ascorbic acid and zinc sulfate has been studied by means of rotary weight loss/ hanging-piece corrosion experiment,static scale inhibition experiment and electrochemical experiment.The results show that the non-phosphate corrosion and scale inhibitor is one that mainly inhibits anodic polarization,having excellent corrosion and scale inhibiting capacity.Its corrosion inhibiting rate and scale inhibiting rate exceed 95% and 98%,respectively.
