摘要:

对某化工厂产生的废分子筛进行了改性研究,考察了改性废分子筛对水中Ca2+的去除效果,确定了相应的改性方法和去除水中Ca2+的最优条件。研究表明:废分子筛经热改性后,对水中Ca2+有较强的吸附作用,在水温为20℃,pH为7.0,吸附时间为2.0h时,改性废分子筛对Ca2+的吸附效果最好,其吸附容量达到了17.8mg/g。

Abstract:

The modification reseach on the waste molecular sieve made by a chemical plant has been studied.The effectiveness of removing calcium ions from water by the modified molecular sieve has been investigated.The optimum conditions of the corresponding modifying method and the removal of calcium ions are confirmed.This research shows that waste molecular sieve modified by heat has better efficiency of absorbing calcium ions from water.When the water temperature is 20 ℃,pH is 7,and adsorption time is 2.0 h,the modified waste molecular sieve has the best efficiency of adsorbing calcium ions from water.Its adsorption capacity can reach 17.8 mg/g.
