结垢预测软件在海上油田加热器防垢中的应用

Application of scaling prediction software to the scale inhibition of offshore oilfield heater

运用Scalechem结垢预测软件详细分析研究了换热界面温度、压力和原油含水率对油田加热器结垢趋势的影响, 并与Stiff-Davis饱和指数法、Skillman热力学溶解度法进行了比较, 确定出影响流花油田加热器结垢量和结垢速率的主要因素。研究开发了一种可抑制高温下CaSO4结垢的阻垢分散剂TS-50610F, 室内评价试验表明, 当换热介质温度低于180℃时, 加入TS-50610F 150 mg/L, 阻垢率可达到93%以上。

Abstract:

The effect of the temperature, pressure and water content of crude oil on the oilfield heater scaling tendency has been studied by using Scalechem scaling prediction software and compared with Stiff-Davis saturation index method and Skillman thermodynamic solubility method.Thus, the main influencing factors that have effects on the scaling quantity and the scaling rate of Liuhua oilfield heater are determined.A kind of scale inhibiting and dispersant, TS-50610F, which can inhibit the scale of CaSO4 at high temperature, has been developed.The lab evaluation tests show that the scale inhibiting rate can be more than 93%, when the heat exchange medium temperature is lower than 180 ℃, and 150 mg/L of TS-50610F is added.
