摘要:

上海奉贤某日资食品加工企业废水处理系统采用活性污泥法处理生产废水和生活污水,该处理系统运行4 a后,出现曝气管腐蚀产生的铁锈堵塞微孔曝气管、微孔膜片老化等现象,严重影响了曝气效果,进而影响了处理效果。上海荣和环保科技有限公司研究确定了更换曝气管的维修方案,在保持污泥活性的情况下,8个工作日即完成曝气系统更换作业,使处理系统恢复到建设初水平。

关键词: 微孔曝气管, 堵塞, 活性污泥, 更新改造

Abstract:

Activated sludge process has been used for treating industrial wastewater and domestic sewage in the wastewater treatment system of a Japanese food processing enterprise in Fengxian,Shanghai. After the system has been operated for 4 a,the blockage in micro-porous aeration pipes caused by the rust from aeration pipe corrosion and the aging of micro-porous membranes occur. These occurrences have serious effects on the aeration efficacy,and then,on the treatment efficacy. The measure as a project of replacing aeration pipes is carried into effect by Shanghai Ronghe Environmental Technology Co. Ltd. Under the condition of keeping sludge activity , the replacement work of aeration system has been finished within 8 d,making the treatment system resume to the level at the initial construction stake.
