摘要:

火电厂将循环排污水回用作锅炉补给水已成为一种趋势,但水源的改变严重影响了反渗透膜系统的正常运行。反渗透膜系统的停机保护作为控制整个反渗透膜系统微生物浓度水平的重要组成部分,尤其是对遏制反渗透膜内的微生物滋生具有很好的针对性和效果。将以异噻唑啉酮为主杀菌保护剂的停机保护方法应用于北京高井热电厂,结果表明,实施保护后的反渗透膜系统运行时间得到延长,制水量显著提高。

Abstract:

In recent years,it has been a trendency for cyclic sewage to be reused as boiler make-up water in thermal power plants.However,the changes of water sources affects the normal operation of reverse osmosis(RO) membrane systems seriously.As an important part of controlling the microbe concentration level of the whole RO membrane systems,the shutdown protection of RO membrane systems is pointed and effective for restraining the growth of microbia in RO membranes.The shutdown protection using isothiazolinone as the main sterilizing protector has been applied to Beijing Gaojing Thermal Power Plant.The results show that after the implementation of protection,the running time of the RO system can be prolonged and the water quantity yielded can be increased.
