多孔生物质混凝土对模拟酸性矿井水的净化实验研究

Experimental research on the purification of simulatedacidic mine drainage by porous biomass concrete

摘要:

制备了多孔生物质混凝土(PBC),考察了其对模拟酸性矿井水的净化效果。结果表明,在水力停留时间为24 h时,PBC对酸性水酸度改善效果显著,出水pH维持在8~9之间。PBC对酸性水浊度、COD、TP的平均去除率分别达到71.7%、74.4%、87.3%。实验结果同时表明,未掺木屑多孔混凝土和PBC两者的孔隙率在处理酸性水后均有所减小,但PBC随着木屑掺量的增加,孔隙率减小的越少。鉴于PBC对酸性水的净化效果,认为可以把PBC作为一种新型的污水处理材料使用,这也为酸性水的处理与资源化利用提供了一条新思路。

Abstract:

Porous biomass concretes(PBC)has been prepared.The purification effect of simulated acidic minedrainage(AMD)is studied. The results show that when hydraulic retention time is 24 h,the acidity of AMD can beimproved significant by PBC,and effluent pH is maintained at 8-9. By using PBC the average removing rates of tur-bidity,COD and TP of AMD are 71.7%,74.4%,87.3%,respectively.The experimental results also show that theporosity of none sawdust-doped porous concrete and PBC are decreased after the AMD has been treated,but theporosity of PBC decreases less with the increase of the amount of doped sawdust. In view of the purification effect ofPBC on AMD,PBC can be regarded as a new type of sewage treatment material,which also provides a new way ofAMD treatment and resources.
