摘要:

以马来酸酐(MA)和异丁烯(IB)为原料, 采用自由基溶液聚合方法合成MA-IB共聚物。筛选了溶剂体系和引发剂类型, 并考察了反应温度、引发剂用量和单体质量分数对聚合产物的分子质量的影响, 最后研究了不同分子质量的产品对分散氧化铁性能的影响。结果表明:在单体质量分数为40%, 反应温度为70℃, 引发剂用量为1%的条件下合成的MA-IB产品具有较好的性能。

Abstract:

Maleic anhydride-isobutylene has been synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA) and isobutylene(IB) by free radical solution polymerization. The solvent system and the type of initiator have been screened out. The effects of polymerization temperature, initiator dosage and monomer concentration on the molecular weight of the polymerized product are investigated. At the end, the effects of the products having different molecular weights on the dispersing capacity of iron oxide are studied. The results show that the MA-IB copolymer has a good performance under the experimental condition as follows:the initial monomer concentration is 40%, reaction temperature 70℃, and dosage of initiator 1%.
