Synthesis and performance of low phosphonic copolymer treatment agent of circulating cooling water

摘要:

以水为溶剂,采用过氧化氢/次磷酸氧化-还原体系为引发剂,用马来酸酐、对苯乙烯磺酸钠为单体,合成了低磷共聚物。通过正交实验确定了最佳合成反应条件。性能测试表明聚合产物具有良好的阻垢率和锌盐稳定性,对黄铜有缓蚀作用。元素分析表明共聚物中磷元素质量分数<4%,黏均相对分子质量为1.7×104,红外光谱分析证明聚合产物分子结构中含有羧酸基、磺酸基和膦酰基等官能团。

Abstract:

With water as solvent and redox system of hypophosphorous acid and hydrogen peroxide as initiator,a low phosphonic-containing copolymer is prepared through the reaction of maleic anhydride with sodium p-styrene sulfonate. By orthogonal experimental of polymerization, tests of applying the synthetics reaction conditions are determined. The results show the polymer has multi-performance of scale and corrosion inhibition, dispersion stability. The content of phosphorus in the polymer is less than 4%, viscosity-average molecular weight is 1.7×104. The IR spectrumcharacterizes the polymer contains sulpho, carboxyl and phosphono in its molecular structure.
