“A2O+生物滤池+絮凝沉淀”法处理抗生素类制药废水

Treatment of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater by A2O+biofilter+flocculation and sedimentation process

摘要: 采用“A2O法+生物滤池+絮凝沉淀”组合技术处理抗生素类制药废水。试验结果表明:进水COD 223~691 mg/L,氨氮 24.7~75.8 mg/L、TP 4.52~28.1 mg/L、设计流量30.0 L/h条件下,系统取得了良好的处理效果,其COD、氨氮、TP的平均去除率分别达到79.3%、66.5%、97.7%,出水COD、氨氮、TP等指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级排放标准;该工艺处理效果稳定可靠,运营管理较简单。

Abstract: The A2O+biofilter+flocculation and sedimentation process has been used for treating antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater. The results show that the treatment effect is good under the following conditions:the concentrations of COD,NH3-N and TP are 223-691 mg/L,24.7-75.8 mg/L and 4.52-28.1 mg/L,respectively,and the design flow is 30 L/h. The average removing rates of COD,NH3-N and TP are 79.3%,66.5%,and 97.7%,respectively,meeting the requirements of the First Grade of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The treatment effect of this process is stable and reliable and running management is simple.
